Idea

Issue
The UK office of the then network was servicing Philips Worldwide and was looking at bettering delivery efficiencies for banner creation for the ground breaking “Sense and Simplicity” campaign of Philips.
Idea
Given the time zone advantage, a separate design cell was created in India to do banner size, specs, language adaptations.
Impact
The speed of delivery went up by almost 75% and at 15% of the budgeted cost, resulting in huge savings for the agency’s UK office and the client. The click through rate received for this campaign is one of the best ever for the brand.
